In the book Rage (roughly translated: Pet tgo toProminent American journalist Bob Woodward, soon to be announced on Sept. 15, said President Donald Trump and leader Kim Jong-un exchanged at least 27 letters, 25 of which have never been published, according to Yonhap.
“I also believe that the special and deep friendship between us will be the miraculous driving force,” wrote Kim.
Also in the book, journalist Woodward said that President Trump warned that North Korea would have unprecedented problems if it resumed long-range ballistic missile tests.
“North Korea has already launched short-range missile tests. All countries have this missile. There is no country without. That’s not a big problem, ”President Trump said, adding that if North Korea launched a long-range missile it would have a big problem.
The book is compiled from Mr. Woodward’s 18 interviews with President Trump from December 2019 to July this year. The book does not specify when President Trump’s warning was issued.
