But even so, this order is still considered “broken river”, no matter what kind of calculation, there is only loss, not profit, because the phone has not been charged to the customer. My first order in the “carrier’s life” was not like a dream.
I told myself that the head may not be down, but the tail will drop. I have faith, although the first step is not very smooth, but the following orders will be smooth, with a lot of money.
The truth is too cruel. A “god” asked for two loaves of bread on Le Thi Rieng Street (District 1), delivered on Au Co Street (Tan Phu District). With this order I get 20,000 salaries. Wait almost ten minutes to get the cake, then ran to the delivery address.
The customer took the loaf of bread and said dryly: “Well, I can’t take it. I can’t eat onions. The bread is wrapped in a rubber band, I can’t eat.” I hastily said, “But before I called to confirm the request, I didn’t see her notice anything, she didn’t take notes on the order, so I didn’t know she couldn’t eat onions.” “But I can’t eat it, so I can’t take it. That’s right. He talks too much,” said the guest and entered the house, leaving me stunned. Before that, I paid 66,000 dong to buy two loaves of bread.
If I bring those two loaves of bread to the partner application headquarters, I may get a refund. But the road is almost 7 km away. I consider it as my lunch. That noon, the bread with silk rolls, with meat … it looked delicious, but it was bitter.

Bittersweet boredom
After that, I also had a lot of orders with no problems. Salaries are sometimes VND 40,000 to 50,000 per trip. One day I also received more than a dozen requests, except for gas costs, phone costs, a bit more too.
But also many times they laugh out loud because the customers refuse to receive products for the reasons, oh dear.
Once the milk tea is delivered from District 3 to District 6, to the place where the milk tea is partially dissolved in ice, the customer gets angry, does not accept, asks some curses, although before that, I asked him “ice separately or together “. the answer will be “just arm”. For being so careful, he was even cursed and refused to accept the merchandise. It is miserable.
Or one day, buy hot buns from Tan Binh District via Ho Xuan Huong Stadium (District 3). It came, made up to 10 calls, although it rang, the customer did not ring. About … 3 hours later, the customer called again: “I was worried about playing basketball so I forgot.”
One night in early August, it was 10:30 pm, the app was still reporting new tasks. Customers ordered burnt rice, dried beef salad in District 6. Guest apartment in District 12. I call to confirm my order. The customer listened and said: “On the long road, just go slowly, don’t rush me. Also take the highway with a lot of container trucks, you must be careful.”
That statement made me unusually happy. Although to deliver this order I have to travel almost 15 km, I am not tired. It was also the happiest moment of my “carrier life”.
Hard to do, easy to fire
To be a food delivery sender, you can register as a delivery person with applications like Baemin, Grab, Now, GoViet … However, there are applications, after registering for a whole month, even 2-3 months. just got a job, not to mention I had to go through training courses and exams.
These delivery partner apps are pretty tight on administration. If there are incorrect behaviors and attitudes when communicating with customers, improperly implementing the delivery and receiving process, wearing inappropriate uniforms, etc., the cooperation may be suspended for a few days to permanently cease cooperation. .
