Ms. Bui Hai Van, Head of Bao Thang District Education and Training Department, said that this class was built in 2016 with a width of 42 square meters and 29 students are studying. According to Ms Van, there is currently about 50 meters of talc behind four primary classrooms at the Cua Cai Branch, Primary School No. 2 in the nearby city of Phong Hai, which also has a very high risk of landslides. .
“The education department directs the school to temporarily take students off campus to clean their equipment. In the short term, the school will be in contact to borrow from the local population to make temporary classrooms for primary school students. Because this is an assembled room, we have a plan to move from a landslide prone location, ensuring a space for elementary and preschool students, ”Ms. Van said.
