On June 27, when the creditors urgently demanded it, Thuong went to the Hoa Lu neighborhood police station to denounce the loan of many people in the amount of VND 173,000 million but who could not pay and requested protection.
However, when the police accepted the case and asked Thuong’s moneylenders to report it, Thuong left the town.
So far, 12 people from the city of Pleiku have come to the police station to report the fraudulent behavior of the Thuong object worth more than 80 billion VND. When there are sufficient grounds, the CSDT has issued a decision to prosecute Le Thi Thuong. At the time of the indictment, Thuong was absent from her residence and cut off all contact.
