This company was licensed in 2012 with an initial share capital of VND 63 billion. However, according to the newly established registration content announced in early 2015, Petraco’s share capital decreased to VND 15 billion. Mr. Ngo Van Phat has a capital contribution of 8 billion VND, equivalent to 53.3%. The other two founding shareholders are Phan Van Hoan and Nguyen Thi Dao with a total capital contribution of VND 7 billion, equivalent to 46.7%.

On September 8, Mr. Ngo Van Phat was prosecuted and detained for illegally buying and selling hundreds of billions of dong bills.
