During the first 15 minutes of the inspection, the traffic police team found a young man named Pham Duc H. showing signs of being drunk waiting for the red light to immediately pass the inspection side. Seeing that, the young man tried to turn around and run, but could not do it in time.
From the moment he stepped aside, although he admitted that he had a high alcohol concentration, H. immediately expressed his uncooperative attitude, refusing to obey the inspection process of the female traffic police.
The traffic police took a long time to persuade this young man to produce documents.
H. was unable to present his driver’s license, but said he was applying to reissue the lost driver’s license. In addition, he only showed the photocopy of the vehicle’s license plate, so he did not get the approval of the traffic police.

After making the search, the traffic police asked H. to sign, but he did not agree and asked: “I signed, so can I get the car back?” Captain Tran Ly Vinh Hanh explained: “You are in a drunken state and it is very dangerous to drive back. As a general rule, we have to keep his car. ”
It took a little longer, the traffic police team persuaded Mr. H. to sign the minutes, but then the young man was still sitting in the car to keep the car. Until the district police arrived, H. did not return.

Since meeting the traffic police, Mr. A. admitted that he was drunk, did not bring papers because he was going to work urgently. A. told the traffic police: “I’m drunk, let me get drunk, please take the car too!”
A. also said that he drank about 4-5 bottles of beer while drinking with friends in the Thu Duc district.
“I had an incident where my children were sick, so I ran back to Binh Chanh, listening to the phone while walking … I decided to drink drunk, I was punished for leaving the car …” – said A.

It is known that since its launch, this is not the first time that the female police brigade has led the PC08 team to handle rapes. Before that, the “pink shadows” also carried out many activities to lead the delegation, patrol, control and handle violations on the Tran Hung Dao model road.
