Then a group of about six youths (including a woman) noisily rushed into the apartment building and got into a fight with the guards and residents. At the top, the two sides fought.
The apartment’s management board said the incident that injured three people, Nguyen Thanh Trieu (29 years old, deputy director), suffered damage to both eyes, multiple stitches; Nguyen Khanh Phong (47, security guard) has ripped lips and arms; Nguyen Van Toan (48 years old, water and electricity technician) was injured in the side.
