Manh then submitted the registration form and requested to pay a fee of VND 300,000 to Manh’s account number. Upon receiving the money, Manh pretended to write the sender’s information on the pre-printed receipt, stamped Hai Yen Company and marked “money collected”, the recipient: “Le Xuan Manh” and then took the photo and returned it.
Manh’s way of doing makes the victims believe, although Manh doesn’t really choose a model.
In order to have an excuse to usurp money that others have transferred to his account, Manh asked participants to take photos and videos to preview, then use many reasons, such as unsatisfactory photos and videos; Schedule a photo or lock your nick when in doubt.
The investigating agency has sent documents to the banks that Manh has created accounts to confirm the number of victims who have been misled by Manh, including the TT (20-year-old from Dong Nai) who he trusted to send videos and nudity. . After that, Manh used these nude images to force NT to give Manh money, if he didn’t have to sleep with Manh for a week.
The TT has reported Manh’s behavior to the Da Lat city police. When Manh arrived at the Da Lat interprovincial bus station to receive money from her, he was arrested by the competent forces. Through a quick search, the authorities seized 4 fake stamps for fraud, a phone and 10 million dong (the victim’s money just handed over to Manh).
Currently, the Da Lat City Police Department is completing the file to process the case and prosecute the defendant. Initially, according to authorities, AI is not the only case of extortion by Manh.
