Through professional measures, the police have identified the man holding a threatening pistol in the clip as Nguyen Van Sung, 52, a director of Ham Long Security Services Limited Company (at address number 15 Hai Ba Trung, Suoi Hoa neighborhood , city of Bac Ninh).
At Nguyen Van Sung’s private home, the police determined that the black Fortuner car with the 99A – 306.30 license plate was the car used by netizens as in the clip shared by netizens; at the same time a weapon of the brand RC 88, number 17470285G, was seized; 2 rubber bullets and 1 tear gas bullet.
At the police station, Nguyen Van Sung confessed to using the gun above due to a conflict with a truck driver in the process of merging into traffic.
The Bac Ninh province police continue to investigate and clarify the case.
