According to the indictment, on the morning of January 9, when the police force moved to the Ba Thá area, Mieu Mon, Le Dinh Cong and Bui Viet Hieu and other defendants broadcast live on Facebook to announce the police force . However, without stopping, the target group also climbed to the second floor using gasoline bombs, stone bricks, artillery, and even grenades to attack functional forces.

During this time, another task force continued to enter Mr. Le Dinh Kinh’s home and was also bombarded with gas bombs and grenades. After hours of repression, the Hanoi city police arrested several people at the houses of Le Dinh Kinh and Le Dinh Chuc.
According to the indictment, when the task force was near the back door of Mr. Kinh’s house, they discovered that he was holding a grenade in his hand and stood by the door of the inner bedroom and shouted: “I blew, you died.” . As a result, the task force opened fire twice, wounding and subsequently killing Mr. Kinh.
