The candidate who died was Mr. MNS (42 years old) who is currently an inspector in Dak Nong province. Mr. S. attended a training class for state administrative personnel. This morning, Mr. S. participated in the premier specialist certification exam.
According to the contestants who also attended the exam, Mr. S. entered the exam with a completely normal performance, without any signs. When the test started about 30 minutes, Mr. S. suddenly dropped into his chair.
Immediately after detecting that Mr. S. was unconscious, the entire examination room took him to Dak Nong Provincial General Hospital for emergency.
“In the taxi, he was still breathing, but began to turn purple. At the hospital, the doctor reported his death,” said a witness.
Mr. S. is believed to have a history of high blood pressure. Before the exam, Mr. S. still had breakfast and coffee with everyone, as usual.
This morning at the Center for Continuing Education – Foreign Languages - Informatics, Dak Nong Province organized two exam rooms for the certification of lead specialist. Currently, all candidates in the same room with Mr. S. had to pause the exam for the police to investigate. The rest of the exam room is still being examined.
The exact cause of Mr. S’s death is currently being examined and considered by the Dak Nong Provincial General Hospital.
