According to Venerable Thich Quang Thanh, at present, the urns and images deposited in the temple have three forms: the first form is urns with information and images, the second is urns without images. photos and names, the third type of relatives they bring to the temple only has photos without ashes.

“First, at this meeting, the pagoda will hand out tickets for the relatives of the ashes to fill out the information and send them to the temple.

To ensure that the identity of the deceased’s ashes matches that of his or her relatives, specify the identity card number, telephone number and address on the voucher.

Once the temple has gathered all the information about the relatives of the ashes, it will be organized so that each batch goes down to identify the ashes of the relatives ”, the venerable Thich Quang Thanh tutorial.

At the meeting, Venerable Thich Quang Thanh also gave three options to solve.

The first option, with ashes to determine the prestige, if the relatives wish to return to the temple, the pagoda will arrange a spacious and dignified place in accordance with the regulations. If relatives do not want to go to Ky Quang 2 Pagoda, the pagoda will recommend Vinh Nghiem Pagoda for relatives to send. However, family members who want to send to Vinh Nghiem Pagoda should contact Ky Quang 2 Pagoda so they can issue a referral to Vinh Nghiem Pagoda.

The second option, if the relatives of the remains agree, the pagoda will collect the ashes as a monument, note the names of the deceased, and solemnly worship them in the temple.

The third option, the family member who agrees with the water burial plan according to Buddhist rites, the pagoda will perform a super prayer ceremony to spread the ashes in the water.

However, Venerable Thich Quang Thanh also stated that the above plans, if implemented, need the consent of the relatives of the remains.

After learning about the three previous options, the relatives of the ashes sent to the temple registered their opinions on the ballot. Because there are many different opinions, the temple is synthesizing it to have the best solution.
