In the joyous atmosphere of the opening day of the new school year 2020-2021, I cordially send the teachers, teachers, administrators and employees who have been working in the education industry, together with the students. students, students and parents a cordial greeting, best feelings and best wishes.
I am glad to see that, in the 2019-2020 school year, although the COVID-19 pandemic has had and is having a direct and serious impact on the activities of the education sector, with the slogan “school break, don’t stop studying.” “The education sector has proactively and rapidly implemented solutions in a synchronous, drastic and effective manner, successfully implemented both epidemic prevention and control, and ensured the completion of the school year plan. This is also the last. school year to implement the education sector 2016-2020 five-year plan, with many positive results recorded.In particular, the successful organization of the 2020 High School Graduation Examination ensures safety while the epidemic is complicated, recognized and appreciated by the people.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, I warmly acknowledge and congratulate the efforts and efforts to overcome the difficulties and the results of the education sector achieved in the past school year.
In the new 2020-2021 school year, the COVID-19 pandemic may still have new developments, I suggest that the education sector should continue to fully understand and organize the effective implementation of the Party’s guidelines and policies. State in education and training; overcome all the difficulties to prevent and combat epidemics effectively and organize the learning of pupils and students well; concentrate resources to improve the quality of education and training, especially the training of high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of national industrialization and modernization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution; enhance the education of traditional history, national culture, ethics, lifestyle, revolutionary ideals, training skills and courage of pupils and students; build a friendly and safe educational environment; strives to create a premise for the successful implementation of the 2021-2025 five-year plan of the education sector and establish achievements to welcome the XIII National Party Congress.
I hope that teachers, teachers, administrators and education workers continue to promote good traditions, maintain their political courage, ethical qualities, enthusiasm for the profession, believe, play contribute more to the cause of fundamental and comprehensive renewal of education in the country; I hope that the pupils and students will promote their parents’ traditions of love for study, emulate their studies well and train well to become future teachers of the country, both “pink” and “specialized”.
