According to the investigation, on August 8, 2020, Thanh telephoned to compel Ms. Dao Thi Nhu Le (SN 1979; lives in Huynh Thuc Khang Road, Binh Hien District, Hai Chau District; the person involved in the case of Ms. Duong Thi Ngoc Anh) went to Thanh’s home on Hung Vuong Street.

Thanh and “juniors”, some corporate objects beat Ms. Le, forcing her to write a debt receipt with the amount of principal and interest of 122 billion VND. Ms. Le was forced to comply with Thanh’s request, then went to the hospital for treatment; it concluded with a concussion and some other bodily injury.

Previously, Thanh lent Ms. Le an interest loan in the amount of 72 billion dong (actually she received about 68.7 billion dong because Thanh had previously raised nearly 3.5 billion dong). dong of interest). Currently, the CSDT expands the case of “Forced property”; Continue to investigate and clarify the following facts: “Unlawfully Arresting and Arresting People” and “Lending Interest in Civil Transactions” for Pham Thanh as well as other related issues (if any).
