On the morning of September 3, the patient died at Hoa Vang Medical Center (Da Nang), he was diagnosed with a cause of death due to severe pneumonia, progressive respiratory failure caused by Covid-19, complications of sepsis in patients with cycle disorders chronic end-stage kidney hemodialysis, increased blood pressure, gastrointestinal bleeding.

This is the 35th case of Covid-19 death since the epidemic occurred in Vietnam. The deaths from July 31 to the present have been concentrated in three provinces / cities: Da Nang, Quang Nam and Quang Tri. Patients have a history of underlying medical conditions and advanced age.

As of 6 a.m. on Sept. 3, Vietnam had 1,046 Covid-19 patients, of which 691 cases were infected with Covid-19 due to domestic infections. The number of new cases from July 25 to now is 551 cases. The total number of cures is 746 cases.
