According to initial information, the incident occurred around 9:00 am on September 1, at the Phu Tho Province General Technical Center – Vocational Guidance, located in Gia Cam neighborhood, Viet Tri city.

At 11:00 on September 1, the rescue team found the bodies of 4 victims, one victim was taken to the emergency room of Phu Tho Province General Hospital.

Currently, the rescue force is still searching for the victim and investigating the cause of this particularly serious accident.
