When Ms. Hai woke up, Ngoc Anh threatened to go to the garden. The victim apologized, promised to return the money to sell the car, but Ngoc Anh did not believe it and took an iron bar, beating his lover to death.

On the day of the case, the defendant went to Ms. Hai’s home to look for clothes and two people had a fight in the warehouse. Ngoc Anh claimed that when fighting he hit the woman with an iron bar, then tied her limbs with the antenna in order to force the woman to accept the debt.
The defendant further stated that when looking for the debit note, he returned to the warehouse and saw Ms. Hai crawling toward the door, hitting her thigh to prevent the victim from moving, then headed to the car to go to home, completely without luggage. for murder, not funeral.
