Initially, on the night of August 28, Ms. Luu Thi Hong L. (35 years old, a native of Quang Binh) was driving a BMW 51G-883.03 car in Pham Viet Chanh (District 1). Here, Ms. L.’s car collided with another car.

After the collision, it was said that this person did not stop, but instead drove towards Ly Thuong Kiet Street (which borders District 10 and Tan Binh District), so some people chased and chanted after him.

The car continues to flow towards the Bay Hien intersection and runs towards Cach Mang Thang Tam Street. In the process of moving, many people chased and recorded using mobile phones.

According to the clip circulating on social media, many people chased motorcycles to Ly Thuong Kiet Street (the section near the Lac Long Quan roundabout), then blocked and asked the woman to get off.

However, this woman still did not stop but kept driving and running and also dragging a motorcycle (registration 54Z4-6390) down the road, crawling down the road at high speed.

Upon arriving in front of the Pavilion 11 (District 3) police office, the people who were pursuing him were able to intercept the car. At that moment, the police in Pavilion 11 asked the woman to get out of the car and enter the headquarters.

The woman has been found to be in violation of an alcohol concentration of 1,017 milligrams per liter of breathable air, and her treatment is currently being documented.
