“We have sent many written requests to the Yen Bai Province People’s Committee to coordinate and resolve the situation where people arbitrarily break down barriers to open their own roads and buy businesses. But then we go back there, if we fix it, we will break it if we destroy it …, ”said an official from the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway management unit.
The time has come, local authorities in the areas of people breaking high-speed railings in Yen Bai province should be punished more aggressively and drastically to prevent violations. It has been going on for years.
