Patient 278 He is one of the 17 patients who registered Covid-19 infection on 7/5. They all went on a flight from the United Arab Emirates to Can Tho on May 3, isolated in Bac Lieu. The remaining 16 patients continued to be treated at the Bac Lieu General Hospital.
