The fried snail stuffed with gold is a delicious, easy to prepare dish that you can prepare immediately for meals on Sundays.

How to make spring rolls is as follows:
Choose to buy fresh stuffed snails, take the big ones for the thick snail tongue. Then soak the snails in water to wash the rice for more than 4 hours so that the snails release all the mud and sediment.
If you don’t know how to make a snail, you can boil it to make it easier to do. Rinse the snail meat with salt and vinegar to keep the snail slimy, not fishy. Minced meat but not finely chopped to give a crispy and delicious crust.
