On the morning of April 15, the Dong Nai Province Police Leader arrived at the National Highway 51 area to direct the arrest of dozens of overloaded and rushed cars.

Approximately 30 heavy dump trucks were blocked by competent forces as they ran from Highway 51 (Long Thanh District) to Provincial Highway 25B (Nhon Trach District).
