Other priority groups include: staff, diplomats assigned to work abroad; customs officials, immigration; essential service providers: aviation, transport and tourism; supply of electricity and water services …; teachers, people who work in educational and training institutions; people who work in agencies and administrative units often come into contact with many people; people with chronic diseases; people over 65; people living in epidemic areas; the poor, beneficiaries of social policy; persons sent by competent state agencies to work abroad, study or work abroad.

In 10 provinces and cities for 14 consecutive days, no cases of Covid-19 have been reported

On February 26, the National Steering Committee for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 (BCĐ) announced that 6 new cases were registered, the 2,421 – 2,426 (BN) Covid-19 patients in Vietnam. Of which, 4 cases registered at the national level in Hai Duong, are patients 2422, 2423, 2425 and 2426, they are F1 from previously isolated patients. 2 entry cases in Tay Ninh and Dong Thap are patients 2421 and 2424, isolated immediately after entry.

According to the Steering Committee, from January 27 to now, 10 localities have not registered new cases in the community for 14 days, including: Hoa Binh, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Binh Duong, Hung Yen, Bac Giang, Gia Lai , Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh and HCMC.

On the same day, February 26, the Military Medical Academy (Ministry of National Defense) carried out a phase 2 clinical trial of the Covid-19 Nano Covax vaccine manufactured in Vietnam. On the first day, 35 health-qualified volunteers were vaccinated with doses of 50 mcg and 75 mcg; at the same time there will be cases of placebo injections. This test injection has the participation of people over 65 years of age.

The first injection on February 26 selected 39 people from 5 communes of Ben Luc H. Ben Luc.

Stage 2: The Covid-19 trial vaccination is divided into 2 age groups: 18 to 60 years and older than 60 years. All received 2 doses of the vaccine intramuscularly or placebo.
