Eight cars collided together on An Suong Bridge, causing the vehicles to crush their heads and tails, and many injured people were rescued to hospital.
On the night of December 2, traffic flowed on National Highway 1 from An Lac to the Quang Trung overpass. While walking up the slope of An Suong Bridge (District 12, Ho Chi Minh City), 8 cars collided with each other in a row creating a series of consecutive accidents.

At the site, 8 cars include: 5 trucks, 1 van, 1 7-seat car, and 1 container truck. All vehicles had their heads flattened and their tails flattened.
The accident also caused 2 drivers of 2 trucks to be seriously injured, trapped in the cab, calling for help.
Immediately after the accident, the drivers of other vehicles and the nearby traffic police quickly coordinated using a hammer and a crowbar to break the car door to rescue the two victims and take them to the emergency.
Around 9pm, the accident scene was only resolved, the vehicles involved were moved to another location.
