On the way home at 9 o’clock on November 29, a person named Tran Van Quoc (born 1996, residing in Phu Cang Village 1, Van Phu Commune) was swept away by the floods.

After receiving the information, the Van Ninh District Military Command mobilized forces, together with the local authorities of the Van Phu commune and their families to organize a search for the disappeared, but so far there have been no results.
