Students are no longer subject to a report card warning

Previously, high school students who violate school discipline can be treated in 04 ways:

– Forced to finish school.

However, as of November 1, 2020, offending students will only be disciplined in 03 ways:

– Remember, support and directly help students to overcome their deficiencies;

– Reprimand, notify parents of students

– Suspension from school for a limited time and implementation of other educational measures.

Therefore, students are no longer subject to a warning to record school records, nor will they be criticized in front of classes or schools like the old regulations. It can be seen that the disciplinary forms in the new Charter are more flexible and less strict, giving students the opportunity to overcome shortcomings.

A student cannot repeat more than 3 times in a grade.

This is also a new provision established in this Charter and is applicable as of November 1, 2020.

Specifically, if in the past, a student was unable to repeat the repetition more than 02 at a grade level, this Charter has increased the number of repeats to no more than 3 times per grade level.
