According to Dr. Minh, obstetricians generally cut the hymen in a cross shape to produce menstrual bleeding, rare cases of adhesion. Particularly for this girl, the hymen is a narrow 18mm vagina, so after incision this segment has become sticky.
The hymen is a thin membrane that crosses the vaginal opening and is generally ring-shaped with one or more small holes in the middle.
However, this girl had a perforation in the hymen, which means that when she reached puberty, menstrual blood was unable to escape, causing a seizure that caused severe pain in the lower abdomen.
The surgery took place on 12/5, the doctor has just expanded the vaginal tract to eliminate blood stasis, it has widened around the narrow neck, taking advantage of the vaginal mucosa from the inside to rotate the lining of the mucosa.
