He also kept Jesus out shortly after the break and did not do much wrong despite conceding three goals. 7

Traore didn’t help him, but he was thrown out of position when City made two, with Sterling playing and cutting him towards Foden to score. 6

Conor Coady

Sterling played sideways for that goal and, in an unfortunate way, saw the ball drift off him and into the net when Jesus made the triple. 6

Romain saiss

To no avail he gave away a penalty with a reckless sliding challenge over De Bruyne, who was going nowhere. A clear mistake by the Moroccan. 5

Adama Traore

He had his moments down the road, putting up some good crosses, but he struggled defensively once again.

Fortunately, the Wolves have reinforced that position with Ki-Jana Hoever and the imminent signing of Nelson Semedo before the trip to West Ham. 6

Joao moutinho

He played a good pass to Podence, whose balloon ended up over the crossbar, but found it difficult against the wonderful De Bruyne. 6

Ruben neves

The Wolves lost the midfield battle, overall, but Neves showed at least a little more in the second half, with a shot blocked by Walker. 6

However, he should have scored at least one of his two chances. With the second chance, he could have looked to get past Ederson instead of going around the balloon. 7

Raul jimenez

He entered the roster with a powerful header, but should have had another, dragging a wide one after a low cross from Traore, and he will be disappointed with that failure. 6
