Tiger King fans have been speculating that Carole Baskin’s first husband is actually Jeff Lowe.
The 58-year-old animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue was the target of a murder-for-hire plot that has seen her rival, Joe Exotic, imprisoned for 22 years.
The Netflix show has been analyzed by theorists and they are convinced that there is photographic evidence that Jeff Lowe is actually Baskin’s first husband, Michael Murdock.
Jeff was seen in the documentary taking control of The Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park property by Joe Exotic, 57, after he attempted to rescue the zoo’s owner, who was in financial trouble after losing a court battle with Baskin and to be told to pay him $ 1 million.

After studying a photo of Murdock with Baskin, fans were thrilled on social media because they discovered that he could be Jeff Lowe.
Explaining the theory on Facebook, a fan wrote: “Jeff is Carole’s first abusive husband, who he paid to take down Joe. He rented a mansion and that cat to lure him.”

“Jeff (and James Garretson) even admit that Joe was ordered to kill Carole.
“When Joe didn’t, they needed him to pay, he didn’t. So Jeff sent his friend over and he” cowed “on purpose.
“Carole then paid everyone. All the convicts around him, except Kelci Saffery and John Reinke.

“Jeff even told the cops about the Tigers’ skulls, because they didn’t have enough to keep him otherwise in the ‘kill’ swamp.”
Another reason why fans believe Lowe and Murdock are one of them is that Baskin described her first husband as physically abusive and that Lowe has a past conviction for assaulting an ex-wife.
The allegations are far from proven, but the Netflix sensation continues to create debate and wild conspiracies, as it remains the number one show on both sides of the Atlantic.
