Burnley will demand a £ 10 million compensation package for his boss Sean Dyche.

Last week, the Premier League manager was promoted with a move to Aston Villa and Crystal Palace, the latter known for being long-term fans.

The Sun reports how Dyche is currently tied to a sizable salary with President Mike Garlick, confident in keeping his man due to what it would cost to get him out of Turf Moor.

Dyche has done wonders at Burnley since he took the job eight years ago. The 48-year-old has oversaw two promotions and now helps establish the Clarets as a top 10 team in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Dyche has apparently gotten a little frustrated with his transfer budgets and will want assurances that the club will move into next season and beyond.

The outspoken manager, who lives in Northampton, could be at the top of the Premier League club roster due to his exploits at Turf Moor. Palace is said to see Dyche as a long-term replacement for Roy Hodgson, but Dyche would prefer to stay north of the capital.

Regarding the dazzling £ 10 million compensation, it is said to include the cost of taking Dyche’s henchmen Ian Woan, Tony Loughlan and goalkeeping coach Billy Mercer. The Sun claims that there would be a large settlement bill for any new club.
