Joe Exotic’s husband Dillon Passage has expressed his excitement at the Tiger King’s return from the coronavirus quarantine in which he was hiding.

Joe, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, was transferred earlier this month from the Grady County Jail in Oklahoma to the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, after inmates at his previous facility tested positive for COVID. -19.

Hinting at the possibility that Joe, 57, would leave prison isolation, Dillon, who currently regulates Joe’s Facebook page, turned to the social media site to update fans.

Sharing a link to a story about people dressing up to go outside in the middle of a confinement in Australia, the 24-year-old wrote: “Scream at Australia! One more day and Joe will be out of quarantine. #FreeJoeExotic.”

And what made things worse for the couple is that they can’t be contacted while Joe is in quarantine.

Joe, 57, along with other laggards who are currently isolated behind bars to make sure they are not infected, is not allowed to make phone calls or check or send emails until he leaves.

Prisons across the United States have been restricting movement of their inmates after the coronavirus pandemic hit North America.

Joe’s husband Dillon regulates his Facebook page and hinted at his return.

Some 2.2 million are behind bars in the United States, many of whom are awaiting trial, while other criminals ask to be released on compassionate grounds to avoid getting sick.

Speaking to Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM Radio Andy show last Wednesday, Dillon has not spoken to Joe since he was transferred.

“We talk three to five times a day, but since they moved him to this new facility, they are putting him in COVID-19 isolation because of the previous jail he was in, there were cases,” he said.

“So I still have to talk to him since he moved.”
