Marcelo Bielsa has named an unchanged starting lineup for this afternoon’s game against Premier League rival Manchester United.
After the 5-2 win over Newcastle United earlier in the week, where we saw five different scorers – Patrick Bamford, Stuart Dallas, Rodrigo, Ezgjan Alioski and Jack Harrison – the same starting eleven will come out of the tunnel at Old Trafford with the hope to secure another three points.
With Robin Koch and Diego Llorente still facing time on the sidelines due to injury, the defense will comprise Luke Ayling, Liam Cooper and Stuart Dallas with Kalvin Phillips ahead of the Leeds United trio.
Leading the way are Patrick Bamford and Rodrigo, who will be looking to increase their accounts for the season, closely followed by Raphinha, Jack Harrison, Gjanni Alioski and Mateusz Klich.
This meeting also marks the first time that nine substitutes have been used with Kiko Casilla alongside Ian Poveda, Tyler Roberts, Helder Costa, Pablo Hernández, Pascal Struijk, Leif Davis, Jamie Shackleton and Oliver Casey on the bench.
Leeds United: Illan Meslier, Luke Ayling, Liam Cooper (center), Stuart Dallas, Kalvin Phillips, Mateusz Klich, Ezgjan Alioski, Jack Harrison, Raphinha, Rodrigo, Patrick Bamford.
Subs: Kiko Casilla, Ian Poveda, Tyler Roberts, Helder Costa, Pablo Hernandez, Pascal Stuijk, Leif Davis, Jamie Shackleton, Oliver Casey.
