Shane Duffy has reportedly ‘sealed’ his dream move to Celtic.
The Daily Record claims the Hoops are set to announce the Irishman’s signing after he agreed to the terms of a one-season loan deal.
The 28-year-old will be linked with Neil Lennon’s men after he returns from international service with the Republic of Ireland and could make his debut in Ross County.
Duffy was also the target of West Ham and West Brom, but the Celtic fan was eager to join the Premiership champions for their Ten in Row bid.
Brighton CEO Paul Barber paid tribute to the defender prior to his move from Parkhead.

Speaking on talkSPORT, he said: “Shane has been absolutely terrific to us, literally from the day he joined.
“He’s a huge character on the field, he’s an even bigger character off the field. He is loved by everyone in the club.
“It’s a tough decision for Graham (Potter) because there are so many center-backs you can fit into a lineup, but Shane has been terrific.
“We will be disappointed if we lose him, but we also understand that he wants to play football.”
