Miguel Azeez received his Arsenal debut in the final stages of their 4-2 win over Dundalk and made a brilliant first impression.
Azeez, who has been on the Gunners’ books since the age of just five, is regarded as one of the brightest prospects to emerge from the club’s academy.
Mikel Arteta, who had already secured qualification for the Europa League round of 32, made several changes to his starting Xl for the last group match.
The Gunners achieved a comfortable victory after goals from Eddie Nketiah, Mohamed Elneny, Joe Willock and Folarin Balogun.
Azeez replaced Willock in the 83rd minute and looked confident during his brief cameo, dodging the pressure with a brilliant corner in the middle of the park.
“I’m excited,” Azeez told Arsenal’s official website after the match. “I am happy and happy with the experience. I am very grateful that I was able to gain the experience and all the hard work paid off today. “
