Nicola Sturgeon will release proposals in months for a second independence referendum.

The Prime Minister has announced that she will publish a bill setting out the proposed question, terms and schedule for indyref2.

Outlining his government’s agenda for the upcoming parliamentary session, he also announced plans to guarantee a job, a place in education or a place in training for all 16-24 year olds.

During his statement, he also announced that the Government will establish a Patient Safety Commissioner.

“It follows then that this is not a normal and current Government Program.”
