Brilliant away victories against Atlético de Madrid and Liverpool have been the highlight and Tuchel has repeatedly insisted that the players, not him, deserve the praise for the rebound in form.

However, Chelsea are facing an Everton team that is in good shape.

The Toffees have won their last three games as they also look to cement a spot in the Champions League places.

Carlo Ancelotti’s men top Chelsea by one point, leaving the clash in West London central to the European ambitions of both clubs.

But how could the Blues line up in the clash? talkSPORT.com has taken a look …

Oscar, a former Chelsea midfielder, speaks on TalkSPORT about life in China, José Mourinho’s influence on him and a possible return to London.

Chelsea team news

Thiago Silva might be fit enough to get on the bench, but Tuchel is unlikely to rush him back into the fold, especially given the excellent form of Andreas Christensen.

The Brazilian has been out for the better part of a month after limping with a muscle problem in last month’s 1-0 win over Tottenham and has not played since, but returned to light training last week.

Forward Tammy Abraham could also return to the roster after missing the last two games, the first against Manchester United for tactical reasons and the second against Liverpool with a continuing ankle condition.

The England international is the Blues’ top scorer this season, but he’s off to a rocky start with Tuchel starting just three games out of ten, he could replace Emerson on the bench.

In addition to Abraham and Silva, Tuchel has a rest of the fully fit team to choose from and could rotate on a hectic schedule.

N’Golo Kante, who has missed a number of matches over the course of recent seasons through injury, could rest as Tuchel insisted he must manage his minutes wisely.

Kante played a huge role in last week’s win at Anfield as he made the most tackles and interceptions of any player on the field and also set up the Mason Mount winner with a fantastic long distance pass.

Kai Havertz could also have an opening in the XI by not appearing in the squad since the start of a game since Tuchel’s first game in charge against the Wolves due to an injury setback.

He could replace Mount in the XI with the burgeoning England international worthy of a break after a prolonged career in the XI.
