Mrs Brown’s Boys star Brendan O’Carroll is being sued by his former co-star Gary Hollywood, according to reports.

The 41-year-old told The Daily Star: “I feel like they don’t pay me the same and they don’t give me an explanation for the decisions.
“When I tried to figure it out, nothing was done. They just ignored me. But I won’t tolerate it anymore. They won’t treat me like that. This has gone too far. They shouldn’t do this to people.
“I am taking legal action. The papers have been presented to a court and the process has already started. “
Gary says he’s sure he wasn’t paid as much as others on set for the spinoff show All Round To Mrs Brown’s and adds that when he asked the bosses why they led him to get kicked out of the 2020 Christmas special.
He also told the outlet that he hopes the court will lead to any wrongdoing being identified, adding that he is not “greedy” but wants to be “compensated for the occasions when I have not been paid fairly.”
Gary added in the interview that he feels “there is bullying” and that he had seen Brendan as a “father figure” and “mentor” before he was excluded from the Christmas episodes and was only informed through a text message from him. .
The star was understandably “hurt” and said the ordeal was “extremely sad for him” as he would have appreciated a phone call about the decision.
