In a new interview with the BBC, the head of PlayStation said: “We are making more PS5s in this difficult environment and then we made PS4 on that launch. If people can’t find one at launch, we are very sorry and apologize for that. You can be sure that we are working very hard to get important supplies on the market before and after Christmas. “
It’s obvious that the coronavirus pandemic has had a dramatic effect on both the PS5 launch and pre-launch reveals and broadcasts.
