Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Gamer JP Hogan looked surprised when he called his wife as his lifeguard Phone a Friend and another man answered the phone.
Host Jeremy Clarkson was shocked when he joked about the awkward incident, and many viewers tweeted about it as well.
JP, a science teacher, was puzzled by the £ 16,000 question and decided to use one of his lifelines.
The question was: “Which of these days is part of the weekend in Germany?”
The options were A) Thursday, B) Wednesday, C) Sunday, or D) Tuesday.
JP said: “My wife’s aunt has lived in Germany for more than 50 years, my wife has been there a few times.
“My wife, who at different times would probably have been in the audience, is at home as one of my friends from Phone a.”

“Call, call Elizabeth?” Jeremy said.
When a male voice answered the call, Jeremy pointed out, “That was another man who just answered your phone, relax, relax, he could be completely innocent.”
When Elizabeth responded, Jeremy asked, “Can I confirm that you have someone with you?”
One viewer tweeted: “Recess question: who was the man who answered the phone when JP called his wife? #Who wants to be a millionaire “.
Another added, “Well that’s one way of exposing your wife is a cheat … ringing your phone for a question about who wants to be a millionaire and a guy answering #Who wants to be a millionaire “.
“How uncomfortable, calling his wife to telephone a friend and a man who answers, an affair has been discovered,” wrote a third.
But another viewer noted: “The man who answered was literally an automated voice saying ‘sorry, no service.’ Jeremy JOKS about an affair.”
On closer inspection, the man can be identified by saying, “Sorry, no service.”
JP eventually took the money and left the show with £ 64,000.
