The former fashion designer also recently spoke of her “decline” in self-confidence as she adapted to the changes her body underwent during pregnancy.
Writing to Instagram in January, Millie said, “ As my bump grows, I am totally in awe of what my body is capable of. It is a wonderful feeling to know that you are sharing your space with such a precious burden.
However, that doesn’t mean I haven’t had days / weeks where I felt my self-esteem drop slowly. I particularly found the transition weeks from the first quarter to the second quarter more difficult.
Millie wrote: ‘My feet hurt so much that I can only wear sneakers or slippers. Hugo even suggested crocs to use around the house! (I’m not sure it’s there yet!) ‘
‘I wasn’t sure about my body and its new found form. It’s like being an awkward teenager again, finding out what styles fit your constantly evolving silhouette. ”
She continued, “ Saying that I have loved every second of seeing my body expand would not be honest, it has been a real and sometimes terrifying transition as I have not felt like myself.
‘But today was a good day! I put on a nice dress (rib, of course) and walked out the door to meetings with confidence and pride in my bulge. Tomorrow who knows … taking each day as it comes!
The reality star also detailed her battle with ‘severe anxiety, vomiting, and mood swings’ in an emotional social media post about her ‘roller coaster’ pregnancy journey to date.
Writing on her Instagram page in December, she said: ‘My pregnancy trip so far … I’m not going to lie, it has been an emotional roller coaster.

“ Bursting into tears for no apparent reason has become a weekly occurrence (sorry, Hugo!) Along with nausea, vomiting (not just in the morning, the afternoon illness was worse for me) …
“Heartburn, breakouts, headaches, mood swings, bloating, insomnia, very sensitive breasts, tiredness, cravings, sciatica and a constant metallic taste in the mouth that makes everything taste unpleasant.”
Millie told her followers that it was difficult for her to keep her mental health in check amid fears surrounding the birth of her baby and how she will manage when the little girl arrives.
She added: “ Trying to stay on top of my mental health is proving a little more complicated than usual. I still practice mindfulness and daily meditation (as I normally would), but I have had times of severe anxiety on multiple occasions.

‘In the past few months, I discovered that I have an unexplained fear (sic) that constantly changes from’ something is wrong with the baby ‘to’ how will I manage when the baby arrives? ‘and don’t make me start with BIRTH!
“I’m sure all new moms go through this and I’m no different, but it would be great to hear from any of you who have been through similar things or have any suggestions on how to lessen these concerns.”
Millie and Hugo were married in June 2018 at their uncle’s estate, Whithurst Park in West Sussex, a year after he proposed on a vacation on the Greek island of Mykonos.
