Manchester United ‘has loan offer REJECTED for Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa’

Manchester United have had a loan application rejected for Italian winger Federico Chiesa, after the Red Devils made no progress in hiring Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund, according to The Telegraph.

The Old Trafford club still has hopes of closing a deal with Sancho before the transfer window closes, yet Dortmund has remained firm in its £ 108m valuation for the England star.

With only five days of the transfer period remaining, United is looking for alternative loan options.

The Red Devils are also interested in Ousmane Dembele as another alternative to Jadon Sancho.

Serie A Fiorentina is not interested in loaning Chiesa: Juventus is looking for the 22-year-old who is willing to pay around 45 million pounds to secure his services permanently.

Watford’s Senegalese winger Ismaila Sarr is also only available for a permanent deal with the Hornets who have no interest in lending him.

Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer’s team is still interested in taking over Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembélé on loan for one season, but manager Ronald Koeman wants the Frenchman to remain at Camp Nou.
