Liverpool travel to Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon in a match that Jurgen Klopp’s men are expected to win with relative ease.

On Lookman, Josh Williams added: “When he went to Leipzig, I thought it was a perfect club to have opportunities, focused on developing players for resale value.
“On a much smaller scale, I thought it would be a Jadon Sancho-style deal where a German club picks a talented English striker and sells him back to the Premier League in a few years for a lot of money.
“But again, he’s come back and it really didn’t work out. He’s a talent that’s unfulfilled, but he’s shown flashes this season.”

Lookman had to compete for minutes with players like Timo Werner while in Leipzig with Julian Nagelsmann, never being of sufficient level to consistently enter the German team.
But he is one of many players who could cause Liverpool more trouble than many would hope for given the results Fulham has achieved earlier in the season.
Williams continued: “Fulham are 17th in the table and they have improved recently, so they are for the season as a whole, but in terms of Fulham’s numbers, they are 12th in expected goals by 90, but 16th without penalties.
“And in terms of shots, they are 11th in the table, which is not bad, and they are 14 in shots faced and 17 overall in expected goals against.
“Basically, you could say they have the 16th best offense and the 17th best defense, so they stay in the bottom three, which is what is expected of a promoted team.

“But they have cheating players in attack, similar to the Wolves, I would say, in Ivan Cavaleiro, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Lookman. They have players who are good at coping in isolation and can act as exits to relieve pressure.
