Linda Lusardi has been revealed as one of the stars participating in this year’s The Real Full Monty On Ice.
The 61-year-old former glamor model will join celebrities like actor Jamie Lomas and Love Island star Chris Hughes at the cancer awareness event.
Each of the contestants has a personal link to cancer, and coronavirus survivor Linda had her own scare in 2016.

Four years ago, Linda was told she had a 9.5cm tumor on the wall of her uterus after undergoing an MRI.
However, the growth was not life-threatening, and doctors told the former girl that the The tumor was caused by hormonal changes.
Linda decided to have a complete hysterectomy, as doctors told her the tumor could get bigger.
Also featured on The Real Full Monty are actress Hayley Tamaddon, Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips and This Morning’s Zoe Williams, as well as former Woman’s Hour host Dame Jenni Murray.

While former rugby player Gareth Thomas and Diversity’s Perri Kiely will form numbers on the men’s show.
Dancing On Ice professional skaters will also join celebrities to perform on the show, which is being hosted by Ashley Banjo and Coleen Nolan.
Coleen said: ‘I keep saying’ never again ‘to take my gear off, but the response we get from the millions of women who feel empowered to control themselves after the show is amazing, so here we go again!
‘This year is more personal than ever for me as two of my amazing sisters [Anne and Linda] they are fighting cancer once again.
Personal: Coleen Nolan will host the show, and the TV host lost her sister Bernie to cancer. Two other Nolan sisters, Anne and Linda, are also battling the disease.
“ I am inspired by them and everyone I know who has been affected by this terrible disease, so I am absolutely excited to be back leading an incredible new group of women, ready to strip everything with me.
“But since this year is on ice, let’s hope we don’t freeze our unnameable ones!”
The show will air in two 90-minute specials during the holiday period.
It comes after Linda revealed how she was dealing with the shock of having had coronavirus and said that her hair had started to fall out.

Battle: On March 23, Linda posted a picture of her hospital bed on Instagram, before claiming she was left at ‘death’s door’ during her illness.
The star also revealed that her husband Sam, 51, who was hospitalized at the same time as her with the virus, was suffering from heart palpitations.
The former girl made a miraculous recovery despite being “on the verge of death”, but has not yet fully returned to normality.
She told The Sun in August: ‘Sam has had quite severe palpitations and is under a cardiologist at the moment. They can’t see anything specifically bad.
“I have had a hair loss that has been a bit distressing. I still don’t have the energy I had before, even though I’m getting there. Every week is a little better. ‘
Linda was hospitalized for 10 days and required oxygen and was connected to a drip during her ordeal.
The Dancing on Ice star suffered from severe chest pains, fever and vomiting, and at times hoped not to wake up.
Linda’s children Lucy, 24, and Jack, 21, have also struggled with the double family scare.
She said: ‘Mental trauma has touched us all even though I was the one who was sick. My kids had to deal with the fact that they could lose both of us and then me, and the mental toll it has had on us has been really very traumatic. ‘
The family has chosen not to receive advice from the NHS and are trying to support each other for now.
