Tifare Alexander has worked for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for more than eight years.
He was commended for his service to the royal couple and was made a member of the Royal Victorian Order by His Majesty.
Alexander, also known as Tif, is part of the Cambridge household together with his nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.
He is a former skydiver and has been hailed for his “excellent power attitude”.
A royal source previously told The Sun that Mr. Alexander is “a charming guy, like the entire Army, an excellent attitude and a great sense of humor.”

Piers Morgan has criticized Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for leaving out Prince Charles in their call for “compassion.”
The Good Morning Britain host took to Twitter to accuse the couple of “tweaking” their parents, Prince Charles and Thomas Markle, outside of the launch.
Piers wrote: “Sadly, the ‘compassion’ and ‘humanity’ of Ginge & Cringe does not extend to either of their parents, who have been airbrushed out of this foul bilge.”
