Kevin De Bruyne will miss Manchester City’s “next games” due to a muscle problem, according to Pep Guardiola, although the coach has Sergio Agüero back in training.
De Bruyne retired from the Belgium squad this week, having been substituted in a 2-1 loss to England at Wembley on Sunday, and will likely miss Arsenal’s visit to Etihad Stadium on Saturday. City will then play Porto on Wednesday in the Champions League, before traveling to West Ham next Saturday, and Guardiola suggested that the midfielder will not bounce back for those matches either.
