Kate Middleton has said that William has been eating all the chocolate before the Easter holidays, while Prince George has been eating a new favorite television show.
During a surprise virtual visit to children whose parents are on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic, the Duke and Duchess laid out their plans for the bank holiday.
Young George is likely glued to David Attenborough’s Blue Planet, which mother Kate said she had been “watching a lot.”
While William said at home, which also includes Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, “he will eat a lot of chocolate.”
To which his wife joked: “You keep eating it.”
The Cambridges had attended a presentation session yesterday at the Casterton Primary Academy in Lancashire, via video link, to the surprise of the children and staff.
They spent an hour talking to the delighted students, to William, 37, praising the “good spirit of the north” of his teachers.
Meanwhile, the children showed off photos of their parents and Easter hats and bunny ears, which they had been asking, while asking some rather left-field questions to the two royals.
Anita Ghidotti, executive director of the Pendle Education Trust, told the Daily Mail that the children asked them who was “the most famous person they had ever known.”
The duchess, 38, had revealed her oldest son’s favorite television show by replying to Sir David, although the duke said that his favorite people were not really famous.

Then the staff wished them a happy Easter, which Kate made a playful tease about William’s weak spot for chocolate.
The school has remained open because it is close to Burnley General Hospital.
It is serving as a hub for Castercliff Primary, Pendle Primary, Colne Primet Academy and West Craven High School as well, all part of the Pendle Education Trust.
Royalty members heard about the difficulties staff and children face, in addition to the steps the school is taking to help students and families, including food deliveries and the provision of mental health.
The Duchess said: “For you and for all who are here during this time, it should be a great relief for all parents who are key workers to know that their children are normal and structured, and that they have a safe place.”
