Kate Ferdinand has welcomed her first child with her husband Rio.
The 29-year-old former TOWIE star gave birth just days before Christmas, after initially sharing the news about her baby in June of this year.
Rio and Kate are now father and stepmother to children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine, from his marriage to his late wife Rebecca Ellison.

Kate revealed that she was expecting her first child when she shared a sweet video on her Instagram where she sat the children to tell them the news of the baby.
She captioned the ad with: ‘The crazy house is about to get a little crazier … every time I see this it makes me cry, the best reaction. Baby Ferdy, we are all very excited to meet you.
Kate and Rio then shared a fun collection of videos where their family found out they were expecting a baby during a gender reveal.

In an update, Kate shared a photo of herself sitting on an exercise ball while complaining of back pain.

Talking about how her energy has changed since she got pregnant, she said: ‘I think being pregnant does change, sometimes you’re a little more tired, but I try to stay active because it’s good for my mind.

Speaking about whether her exercise regimen would change during her pregnancy, Kate said: ‘I think you have to be very careful, follow the advice of the professionals. I definitely don’t think it can stay the same, it has definitely changed.
“I’m training at a much slower pace and taking it easy, really listening to my body.”

‘Right now, I’m a bit quiet on social media, I’m just enjoying my time with family and things like that before the confinement goes crazy again.’
