The Republican president refuses to budge after the victory of his Democratic rival Joe Biden in the November 3 election and has made repeated allegations of fraud without providing evidence. Trump has launched a series of lawsuits in a desperate attempt to overturn the result.
But most of his closest advisers have reportedly distanced themselves from his legal action.
Among them are her daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, who privately do not believe it will work, Axios reported.
In the latest blow to Trump, a Pennsylvania judge dismissed his attempt to prevent the state from certifying his election results.
Judge Brann said his “court has been presented with tense, meritless legal arguments and speculative charges.”
He added: “This statement, like Frankenstein’s monster, has been stitched randomly.”
It comes when some of the president’s fellow Republicans are speaking out against him.
Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who served as Trump’s adviser, called his legal team a “national disgrace.”

“Frankly, I am ashamed that more people in the party are not speaking.”
Republican Senator Kevin Cramer told NBC’s Meet the Press that the start of the presidential transition process is delayed.
Mr. Biden will take office on January 20.
Biden’s election as White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain has prompted the Trump administration to formally acknowledge his victory in the transition process.
Referring to the head of the federal agency, the General Services Administration (GSA) Emily Murphy, Mr. Klain told ABC’s This Week: “I hope the GSA administrator does her job.
“A record number of Americans rejected the Trump presidency, and since then Donald Trump has been rejecting democracy.”
