Horrifying moment thug, 24, brutally kicks ‘vulnerable’ homeless at FACE while sitting outside Tesco subway, while incarcerated for 16 weeks for assault

Gruesome footage shows the moment a thug kicks a ‘vulnerable’ homeless man in the face, as he sits outside a Tesco.
Theo Maulba can be seen approaching the rude sleeper outside a Tesco Express, leaning over him and kicking him savagely in the face, so hard it ‘made his head fall back’.
Images showing the 24-year-old attacking the homeless man on Dale Street in Liverpool city center quickly went viral and sparked an investigation after she was sent to the police.
The bully received a 16-week prison sentence after appearing in Sefton Magistrates Court on Monday, December 14.
Dashcam footage shows three thugs on bicycles approaching the man sitting in a sleeping bag outside a Tesco store.
One of them leans in front of him and seems to be yelling in his face.
The bully looks away briefly before lifting his leg and brutally kicking the homeless man.
The force makes the man’s head bounce off the window behind him and a person in the car is heard filming exclaiming, ‘Oh my God! That’s not nice’.
Mr. Maulba admitted to having been the victim of assault and possession of a class B drug before requesting transfer from prison due to the death threats he had received.
During the court proceedings, Hannah Scott, the accuser, explained how Maulba approached on a push bike and was seen “leaning over the victim” in an “agitated” state.

The court heard how Maulba kicked him in the head that “made his head fall back”.
The police subsequently received the images and approached the victim, who did not want to provide an interview and “said he did not report the incident.”
Mr. Maulba has 27 convictions for 35 offenses, including two common assault offenses.
District Judge Lloyd, who sentenced Maulba, said: ‘I’ve had a good breakdown of the footage.
He seems to be leaning, he is agitated.

After yesterday’s court hearing, Merseyside Police Detective Inspector Jennie Beck said: ‘We welcome today’s sentencing, which has seen a very swift resolution to an incident that understandably caused much concern and anguish to anyone who saw the images.
‘Maulba will now be spending the holiday season and New Years behind bars, and I hope he spends that time thinking hard about his behavior that night and the impact it has had.
Fortunately, the victim was not seriously injured, but his actions horrified and upset many.
