A gunman released after a teenager was shot and killed in a “cold-blooded” murder “knew exactly what they were doing,” police said.
Emergency services were called to Boode Croft, a residential cul-de-sac in Stockbridge Village, around 6.30 p.m. Thursday for reports of a shooting.
Paramedics rushed to save the 19-year-old’s life and desperately gave him cardiopulmonary resuscitation after they found him bleeding and injured on the floor.

He died and died shortly thereafter, prompting a murder investigation by Merseyside police.
The scene was quickly cordoned off Thursday, as forensic agents scrambled to find evidence that would help catch their killer.
Police said extensive investigations are underway as part of the murder investigation, which is in its early stages.
They are expected to remain in place on Friday.
Detective Inspector Tony O’Brien said: “The investigation is in its early stages and extensive investigations are underway to establish motive and identify those responsible.
“This was a cold-blooded attack on a residential street that took the life of a young man and tonight a family is mourning his tragic loss. The people responsible for this attack knew exactly what they were doing and needed caught.
